Student Expectations

The Student Handbook provides information about school-wide policies and procedures that pertain to SPCPA students. All current students should be familiar with this handbook. We highly recommend a review of this handbook by prospective students.

SPCPA facilities are located amidst the public skyway in the Downtown St. Paul Lowry building. We have every expectation that SPCPA students will always show professional discretion for their behaviors in the skyway and to adhere to City of St. Paul skyway regulations.  Students must be aware that they are to be a positive representative for both themselves and for SPCPA.

Student Internet Access

For Wi-Fi access while at school in order to complete assignments and do school-related research, students may pick up a user agreement from the Lowry 3rd Floor desk. Return the signed agreement to the Lowry 3rd Floor desk to receive your assigned unique Wi-Fi access code, valid for only one (1) device.

Student Dress Code

SPCPA students are expected to maintain an appearance that is not distracting, disrespectful, or disruptive to the educational process. Administration reserves the right to request students change their attire or make arrangements to get different attire.
