Predicted Extended Absences

Extended Planned Medical Leave or Vacation

Students will be asked to sign a contract with SPCPA outlining the responsibilities and requirements necessary to receive credit.  Students must meet with Ms. Jarvis in Landmark 511A to complete a contract prior to all predicted absences.

Failure to complete the conditions of the contract may result in loss of credit.

Extended Arts Absence

Students involved in an arts experience resulting in repeated absences will be asked to sign a contract with SPCPA outlining the responsibilities and requirements necessary to receive credit.  Students must meet with Ms. Jarvis in 511A to obtain approval and complete a contract prior to all predicted arts absences.

Failure to complete the conditions of the contract may result in the loss of credit.  In addition, approval may not be granted to students not in good academic standing and/or deficient in credits required to maintain adequate progress toward meeting graduation requirements.
