A Brown Paper Tickets representative is available to take your ticket purchase and answer your questions 24/7. Please be prepared with the name of the event, the location of the event, and the time & date of the event.
All patrons who have pre-purchased tickets will check in at “will call” beginning forty-five minutes prior to the start of each show. Tickets will be reserved under the name attached to your order. Please be prepared to show ID. Arrive early to secure your seats.
You can get a refund for the full face value of your tickets only within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact Brown Paper Tickets to make this request or with other concerns by calling 1-800-838-3006 or by emailing support@brownpapertickets.com.
